ALLIANCE AGAINST ENGLAND.

[From the Weekly News.] Berlin, August 17.—1 send you some particulars ofthe doings at Warsaw. In the first interview between Lamoriciere, Schwartzenberg, and the Russian Czar, a plan was broached for an alliance between France, Russia, Austria, Prussia, Naples, and the Pope. The coalition was to keep in view, as an ultimate aim, a war with England. The immediate object was extinction of all the revolutionary elements. Turkey, Italy, Belgium, aud the Rhenish.Provinces, which is no longer to be tolerated, furnish materials for indemnification. Prussia is to have North Germany to the Maine; Austria, Bosnia and South Germany, except Bavaria, Bavaria is to have Wirtemberg in exchange for the Rhenish Province, vhich is to go to France with Cologne.
