REPEAL OF ACT RELATING TO GOLD DUTY “I have to advise you that the Government proposes to bring down legislation this session to repeal Section 10 of the, Finance Act (No. 2), which relates to the basis of calculation of the levy payable to your board by the Waihi Borough Council.
