HOSPITAL STAFFS
SIX RESIGNATIONS AT THAMES AND WAIHI Six resignations from the nursing staffs of the Waihi and Thames hospitals were de tit with at the August meeting of the Thames Hospital Board.
The matron of the Waihi hospital, Miss C. 0. Rich, asked to be relieved of her duties in November next. Her health was such ,-that she could not continue her duties.
The meeting passed a resolution
accepting the matron’s resignation with regret. Other resignations from the Waihi hospital were Miss B. M. Judge and Miss Edith Cathcart. From the Thames staff there were three resignations, Miss B. M. Woolmore, Miss Anna R. Nichol and Miss V. Gough.
