At the dawn of the New Year we remember old friends retained, and new friends gained, and extend to all our best wishes for a happy and prosperous 1943 and, to this end, that 1943 will usher in a new and better order- —a saner, humaner social system based on " co-operation " Each for all, and all for each. While the sounding unifies all. Then, and not till then, will "all men's good be each man's rule," and universal peace lie like a shaft of light across the land. The darkest hour is just before the dawn —so keep believing! —only those who believe, achieve!
