Public Notice* WOMEN’S LAND SERVICE RULES AND PURPOSES EXPLAINED MRS M. M. DREAVER, M.P., TO SPEAK An addres will be given by Mrs Dreaver in ST. JAMES’ HALL, Waihi, on TUESDAY, November 3rd, at 7.30 p.m. .All those interested in farm labour problems and who desire to join the Women’s Land Service and assist the War Effort by working on farms are requested to be present. Farmers who require labour should also attend and hear Mrs Dreaver explain how they can obtain labour through the W.L.S. The new uniform of this service will be worn by Mrs Dreaver, who will outline full details of wages, clothing and equipment together with other interesting conditions.
