Notice i& hereby given to the general public that by the provisions of the Emergency Precautions Service Order, 1942, it is an offence punishable by the ordinary processes of the law, (a) to refuse or fail to obey any instructions given by a warden or otherwise authorised person during any trial dispersal or in an actual emergency; (b) to permit any room in any premises to be lighted after dark unless every window of the rbom is covered by a blind, but such covering need not be a perfect fit of the window.
