POSTAL RATES

THE NEW CHARGES Letters and Letter Cards Inland: Id for first, ounce or fraction thereof and id for each additional ounce or fraction thereof.

Inland Air Mail: Id extra each letBirtish Empire (except meantime Australia and Dependencies), including Protectorates and Mandated Territories, also Egypt: lid each half ounce or fraction thereof.

All Other Countries: Postal Union rates. 2id for first ounce or fraction thereof, and lid for each additional ounce or fraction thereof.

Postcards. Inland: Single, id; reply, Id. All other places: Single, Id; reply, 2d. Late Fee: Id. Par.kp.ts. Comprising commercial papers, hooks and printed papers, pattern and sample packets, and unregistered magazines. Inland: id for each 2oz or fraction thereof up to 21b., and 2d for each additional pound or fraction thereof up to 511). All other places (Postal Union Kates), commercial papers: 2id fov first lOoz or fraction thereof; id each additional 2oz or fraction thereof.

Books and printed papers: id for each 2oz or fraction thereof.

Pattern and sample packets: Not exceeding 4oz, Id; each additional 2oz or fraction thereof, id. "Householder" Circulars
