Both sides in the Spanish conflict, according to the Hendaye correspondent of "The Times," are concentrating their most powerful elements on an important battle for Sagunto, a fortified town 17 miles from Valencia. Rebels claim many prisoners in the capture of two villages, but their progress is arduous and costly. Though each side has at its . disposal 80,000 troops, the rebels are overwhelmingly superior aerially. The Loyalists are determined to hold Sagunto and Valencia at all costs, and are moving their best troops and commanders to this front.
