THE NEW CHARGES.

Letters and Letter-Cards.

Inland: Id for first ounce or fraction thereof, and id for each additional ounce or fraction thereof. British Empire, United States ot America, and certain other countries:; Id for first ounce or fraction thereof, and Id for each additional ounoe fraction thereof. All other places (Postal Union rates): 2Jd for first ounce or fractloa thereof, and lid for each additional ounce or fraction thereof. , Late Fee: Id. { Postcards. T nland: Single, idf reply, Id. All other places: Single, Id; reply< 2d. .Sate Fee: Id. Packets. Comprising commercial papers, boohs, and printed papers, pattern and sample packets, and unregistered magazines. Inland: id for each Zoz. or fraction thereof up to 21b., and 2d for each additional pound or fraction thereof to 51b.
