DOUBLE PROGRAMME TONIGHT Two excellent features and the Cinesound Review arc to he screened at the Academy Theatre to-night and those who attend are assured of getting their money’s worth. “The Night Club Lady” unfolds one of the most gripping detective stories to reach the screen and is packed with the popular type of entertainment. Adolphe Mcnjou makes a welcome reappearance in this production and is supported by a new artist, Mayo Methot, and “Sheets” Gallagher. “Song of the Caballero,” the second feature, is full of action and stars Ken Maynard. Two cartoons, a comedy and “Song of the Caballero will be shown at the matinee.
Regarded by critics as the best English picture produced, “Sunshine Susie” conics on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next, with a special matinee on Wednesday at 3.15 p.m.
