(Received 10.80 a.m.) BERLIN, December 18 The Prussian Ministry for tho Interior has issued an order that all foreigners renting dwellings without permission from tho Housing Bureau shad ho summarily expelled as undesirables. The Federal Labour Ministry has prepared a derree forbidding the entry of foreign workers in order to prevent competition. The Bavarian police are now collecting an illegal anti-treaty tax on foreigners by threateing the impri. sentment of those' refusing to pay.
