In the House of Commons before tR«? Usher of the Black Rod summoned members to hear the prorogation speech in tho House of Lordg Mr Lansbury raised a point of privilege. He maintained that the House of Commons w»s entitled to decide whether it would adjourn without being interfered with by the Crown or any outside body.
