The Central News Berlin correspondent says that Lazard Bros., of Loudon, offered Germany a loan of £25,000,000. Tho hazards are private bankers and loan agents, and tho partners include Sir ißobert Kindersloy, Etnile Fusfch, the Hon. H. R, Brand and tho Hon Olive Pearson.
