United Service Telegrams. (Received 3-30 a.m.) PEKIN. April 27. A hundred and seventy American marines from Toron have arrived at Pekin to protect the American Legation. The British Legation guard) is also being strengthened. There appear s to be little hope of averting trouble between the belligerent Chinese faction, although efforts at mediation are bring continued. Tho largest exodus of tourists experienced from tlie ctv is proceeding. Throe thousand of General Wu Pei Fits soldier s are reported to be marching on Pekin.
