A sensation has been caused in racing circles by the arrest of a Jockey named Arthur Niemam on the charge of conspiring to prevent Seal King from winning the Sandown Park Plato. Tho information wa« laid by the owner of tho horse, who, with the trainer and jockey, was disqualified after the race.
