DISARMAMENT

It is understood that the British empire will ollicially have only one voice, at the Washington disarmament conference. Rieprpseuta'tivies iff the dominions will be included in the delegation, but it is believed that .Mr C. K. Hnghes (Secretary of Slate) is informing Britain that it is tb attitude of bis Government that the empire well have but one vote.
