It is- reported from Moscow that Envoi- Pasha, at the request of Lenin and Trotsky, has been appointed comman-. ■dcr-in-chief of the Bolshevik forces which arc marching on India. The- Bolshev.'k forces in the Caucasus Persia, Afghanistan, and Turkestan liavo been placed un'der command.
