According to unconfirmed despatches:' from Lapaz, the Government of Bolivia has been overthrown,’ and President Guerra and his Cabinet have been imprisoned by an army under the leadership of Baptista Savedra. SANTIAGO, July 13. The Bolivian Government has been overthrown, and the Republican leader (Savedra) has assumed the provisional Presidency. The military are supporting the revolution. President Guerra has fled. It is expected that a counterrevolution will be commenced immediately.
