(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. TUESDAY. The House met at 2.30. - FIRST READINGS. The following Bills wore introduced by Governor's message and read a first •time:—Registration of Masseurs, New Zealand Institute . Act Amendment, Counties Act Consolidation and Customs Act Amendment. VOTE OF CONDOLENCE. At the close of tihe formail business, Mr Massey moved a motion of condolence with the relatives of the late Commander Home, Sevgeiuit-at-Arms of the [House of Representatives, whose death I was reported yesterday. In doing so he spoke in feeling terms of the fidelity I with which the deceased had performed the duties of an officer of the House. The motion was supported by Messrs MacDonaid, Holland, and Atmorc, and carried On the motion of the Premier tho House adjourned tiKl 7.30 as a mark of respect to tihe late Sttrgcairt-at-Arms. SECOND READINGS. At the evening sitting the following Bills were read a- second time:—Judicature Amendment Bill (Hon. E. P. Lee), Municipal Corporations Bill (Hon. G. J, Anderson), Revocation of Naturalisation Amendment Bill (Hon. G. J. Andoiison). The Houvse rose at 11 a'clock.
