PERTH, ( this day As a result of the school-teachers’ strike all the Government offices and school houses are picketed. No Oiyfl Service work is being done. The Lumpera’ and Carters’ Unions of Freinantio and Perth arc sympathetic, and have refused to handle any Government goods which are- declared black. The Premier, Mr Mitcheifl, has issued an.ultimatum, to his colleagues, stating that ho will resign rather than grant the strkors’ demands, and as the Attor-ney-General, Mr Draper, supports him in this attitude, the fate of the Government is in the balance.
