It is understood that Germany's proposals, which will be handed to the A lies to-night, will ask, firstly, that specific annual payments be fixed; secondly, that the total amount of the indemnity will be definitely fixed; thirdly, that Germany will be a'lowod to pay with coal and materials ibr the reconstructon of the devastated areas; fourtftly, that arrange monies will be made whereby Germany’s creditors shall bo paid proportionately to the annual progress of improvements in Germany.

THE TURKISH. TREATY. SOME MINOR CHANGES. (Received July 13, 8 a.m.) SPA, July 11. Lord Curzou took Air Ooyd-Georgc’s place at this morning's conference. Minor changes were made in the Turkish treaty, which will bo presented to the Turks on the 17th July. The signature is required within ten days.
