The Oonxmissioin states that it would coat the United States 275,000,000 dollars and require 25,000 to 200,000 troops iln order to undertake the maadate for administration of Armenia, which will probably be self-supporting within five years. The Commission advocates the absolute control of Turkey’s foreegfn policy before the United States accepts the mafadato, and sots out a large number of reasons for and against acceptance. SITUATION IN CILICIA. CHRISTIANS IN DANGER. The Turks are threatening Adana., Tarsus, and 1 Merslna. Bafnds of Armenian volunteers are beibg organised. 1
