MOVEMENT TOWARDS UNION. REVOLT IN GUATEMALA. (Australian and N Z Cable ) NEW YORK, April 6. Reports from Guatemala state that a reign of terror exists ih that country. Many students who advocate a union of the Central American republics Wore recently arrested, and some executed. This led tb a revolt against the GovcrUment. which resulted in rioting.
