REMARKABLE CASE AT ASPKNDALE.

John Lancaster, U\ years of age, living with his parents at Aspcndale (Victoria) met his V.ixith in pathetic circumstances the other day. While he was ;playin<r wXh a number of boys near the beach one oif the party jokingly thivw Lancaster's hat on the roof of a. bufiignlow. Lancaster climbed on to the dwelling, when a heavy gust of wind caused him to lose his balance. In order to prov'tmt himself falKng to the ground he grasped two "live" electric wires. He did not move for some time, and one of the boys, b.vomi'ng alarmed, ran to inform the unfortunate lad's father. When Mr Lancaster arrived he found his sou was motionless. A doctor who was summoned s-tatod that death had been instantaneous.
