BRITISH EMIGRATION
SETTLEMENT OVERSEAS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable.) Received May 2, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, May 1. The Press Bureau is emphasising the distinction between settlement overseas within the empire and emigration to foreign countries. The Government Emigration Committee appointed in January will henceforth be designated the Overseas Settlement Committee.
