THE INFLUENZA
OUTBREAK ON MANUKA PATIENTS QUARANTINED. (By Telegraph.--Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Five casus of influenza developed in the Manuka, which arrived from Sydney on Monday night. The cases are not serious. The patients, who are members of the crew, were, removed to quarantine. The watersiders state that they will not work the slop till the seventh day ai ter the last suspicious easy is removed The Cabinet yesterday agreed to extend the time in which the Epidonwc Commission might rcpoit to the 14th Max. LATER. The Union Company hopes that the Manuka will berth on Monday and commence to cliebarge cargo.
