MONDAY'S MEETING. ' THE NAVAL CONKEIIENCE. By Telegraph.--Pro* Atwiiition. AUCKLAND, this day. The Star's Wellington correspondent savs:—Present indications point distinctly to the fuel that Mr. Massov will not go Homo with Sir Joseph Ward to the Naval Conference, and that the informal proceedings in connection with the gathering ot members on Monday will not bo open to the press. Parliament'will last about a week, and tiro Premier will then go Home. Tho long session will commence early in October.
