'.'Friendly : Societies' Conference and tho Trustees ou the charges levied 'on members of "Friendly Societies. Af-. ter some-discussion it was decided to adopt'a reciprocal arrangement, to apply to Thames and Waihi. It is proposed to advance the present rate of contribution to tho hospital', and pay « two-thirds for membors and their children, which means 14s weekly for adults and 7s for children under 16. Under ', the new arrangement membors can be treated at cither Thames or Waihi. Af- . .ter considerable discussion-tho Trustees 7 agreed to the offer of the Friendly Societies' Conference, and a letter is to to the Hospital Trustees inquiring what to charge for children.
