Tbb decision of the Marine Oonrt ia respeot of the oconrronco between Natone and Oobur, near Ward Island, on the 12th inst., when a collision was narrowly averted, was given this morning. The Oonrt bund that the ooourrooce endangered the safoiy of both vessels, and it was due to the master of the Natone failing to keep ont of the way of the Oobar 'in aooordinoe with Artlole 10 of the regalations for prevention of collisions At sea.
