The Roxton Hull, which has arrived at Kiiiochau, has transferee! her cargo of Cardiff coal to the German collier Ereka. The cargo is ostensibly for Japan. The Ereka is likely to run the blockade at Port Arthur, in response to stupendous inducements for coal after the capture of the forts.
