Easton, perjury. Ernest Bickford, carnal knowledge. Edward B. Collins, theft. , Walter Hunter, theft. Josef Stiener, indecent assault, Gerald T. Silk, theft. , ' Benjamin Palmer, indecent assault.
DIVORCE CASES. f The following divorce : cases will be heard before a jury: Jackson v. Jackson. Hooker v. Hooker. Aston, v. Aston. Outhberteou v. Cuthbertson. The. following divorce oases will be' heard before the judge alone: Chaphani v. Chapham. Prosser v. Prosser. Shears v. Shears. Dunstall v. Dunstall, and another. Womall v. Wornall. Vincent v. Vincent, and another.
CIVIL CASES. Henderson v. The King, damage by fire allegedly lit by Public Works Department officials. Barsly v. Bradley, specific performance or <£7so alleged damages. . Pipcka te Peehe (Mr Collins) v. Georgs Hutchinson, claim for validity of lease to be determined. Oliver (Mr Hutton) v. Pickford (Mt Cohen), appeal against Magistrate’s decision in ah affiliation case in March last.
