HONORARY PRESIDENT. Received November 19, 11.30 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 18. The Australian Press correspondent at Geneva reports that Motta has been elected Honorary President of the First Assembly of the League of Nations. The Ejection of six Yice-Presidents includes TcTiii (Japan), and Foster (Canada). The former headed the poll. Doctor Nansen gave an interesting report on the jvork of repatriation of prisoners in Europe. He incidentally paid a tribute to the way the' Soviet had carried out the agreement in the face of grave transport difficulties. Dr Nansen urged the rapid completion of the task both on political and humanitarian grounds.
