ARRESTS AT AUCKLAND. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Nov. 1. Two carters and a shipping foreman, employed on the wharves, have been arrested and charged with being concerned in the'' theft of sugar from the Chelsea refinery between March 81st and June 30th, during which period 40 tons were reported as 'blissing. The Colonial Sugar Company had offered a reward of £SOO for evidence leading to a conviction.
