COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP. LONDON, August 11. The county championship remains very interesting, Middlesex defeating Surrey by an innings and thirty-three runs. Surrey is now fourth with an average of 69.41. Kent leads the average with 77; Yorkshire 76.66; Lancashire 72.
