A PLEBISCITE
ANNEXATION TO BELGIUM FAVOURED. Eeceived July 27, 9.15 a.m. Reuter. BRUSSELS, July 25. The result of a plebiscite under tbe Treaty of Versailles shows that only 270, including 201 German officials, voted against the annexation of the Eupen and Malmedy districts by Belgium.
