ALL BLACKS AND PROVINCIAL MATCHES.WELLINGTON, July 2. The manager of the New Zealand Rugby team advises that the embargu on New Zealand representatives playing for provTflces applies only to matches against the New Zealand team itself, and then only if provincial players are required for tho All Blacks. If not required for the New Zealand fifteen, the Auckland and Wanganui-Manawatu-Horowhenua men may play against New Zealand at Auckland and Palmerston North respectively. It will, therefore, be clear that Belfis, Brown, Gain, West, Algar, Moffit, Roberts, and Tilyard can play in the forthcoming representative matches, Wanganui v. Taranaki and Taraiaki v. Wellington, if available. RANFUELY SHIELD MATCH. TARANAKI v. WELLINGTON.
