FLOODS IN N.S.W. SYDNEY, July 2. Moods caused railway wash a ways in various parts of the country, causing considerable disorganisation. Torrential rains are still falling throughout the country, and there is increasing danger of ’floods. Already in the western districts two townships— Coolah and Leadville—are isolated, and railway traffic beyond Mudgee is suspended. All telegraphic communication is hopelessly disorganised.
