NEW FORCE IN. SUPPORT. ANOTHER PROBLEM FOR EBERT. Association.—May 4, 10.30 a.m. NEW YORK, May 3. Graudenz cables from Munster, Germany, declaring that ten thousand former soldiers and officers true to the old regime are encamped, scorning the new Government, and ready for any adventure to overthrow tne Republic. The troops include the famous Iron Heart Marine Brigade. Admiral Yon Trotha, who is in command, openly declared that the Government dare not disarm them, and is flaunting defiance at Ebert. The movement is spreading, and gaining sympathy from sapporters of the old regime.
