NAPIER, May 4. s The city is decorated with bunting, greenery, and electric illuminations for the visit of the Prince. The weather is cold, but beautifully fine, and a large crowd of visitors has assembled from all over Hawke’s Bay. The Renown arrives at 4 p.m., and the Prince at 4.35, when there will be a reception in Nelson Park. H.R.H. attends an Anzac concert by the Savage Club this evening, and leaves at 9.15 a-m. tomorrow.
