In addition to winning the Maiffen Double Sculls and Maiden Fours at the Hamilton Regatta yesterday, the. Wanganui Union B.C.’s representatives won the Senior Fours—the big event—rowed over a two-mil© course, and the first prize in which was £4O and a chadengo cup.. The Hamilton crew finished second. The Unions won easily.

In the Single Sculls Handicap, the champion, D. C. Hadfield, won from scratch. The Waitemata crack rowed in fine form, and won comfortably from C. Boose (10 seconds!. A Sharpe (5 seconds) represented the Union Club in this event, but was never prominent. The Union crews carried off a total of £52 in prize-money in addition to the challenge cup. f ■" ■ 1 ■
