'Hie Roman Catholic Bishops of Ire>land have issued a statement deploying the dangerous conditions existing in the country through oppression and illadvised curtailment of national liberties. The Bishops declare that the one true way of establishing friendly relations .between England and Ireland is to allow undivided Ireland to choose her own form of Government. The Bishops ask the people to combine and abstain from deeds of bloodshed ami prevent crime.
