MR CHURCHILL’S PROPOSAL,

Mr Churchill, in an article in the Sunday Herald, suggests that the nations of the world should expel Bolsheviks. They ought to be collected and confined in a separate area of the earth’s surface and left to practice their diseased theories at each other’s expense. They ought to be deprived of liberty to assassinate princes, starve the middle classes, and exploit toiling millions.
