THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Owing to (toman democrats dissatisfaction at the method of electing’ a president, it is likely that the National Assembly will alter’the constitution to secure a more practicable form of election. There are already seven candidates, including Edert Hindenburg and Prince Rupprecht.
