Received January 28, 10 a.m. WARSAW, January 22. There are extremely strained relations between the Polish population and lie German authorities in the re-occupied territories. It is alleged that the Germans are exercising religious oppression, and. also ipdnlging in the systematic industrial and economic destruction of territory, carrying off raw materials and agricultural products. The Diet has urged an appeal to the Paris Supreme Council.
