ADMIRAL SIMS REVELATIONS.
WASHINGTON, January 23. Admiral Mayo, testifying before the Congressional Investigating Committee, said he disagreed with Admiral Sima concerning the justice and manner of naval honours awarded.
It is understood Admiral Sims will reveal the name of the official who made the anti-British statements recently Cabled. (The official alleged to have warned Admiral Sites not to alio# Britain to pull wool over his eyes. He also said America would as soon fight for the Central Powers as Hie Entente.)
