EXIT CLEMENCEAU.
A NEW ARRANGEMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, Received January 24, 9.50 a.m. PARIS, January 31. M. Clemenceau has relinquished the Presidency of the Supreme Council to M. Milierand. During the morning sitting of the Council, it was decided that the conference of the Allied Ambassadors opening in Paris on the 26th should take over the Supreme Council’s duties, referring the most important questions to the Allied Governments.
