SENSATIONAL STORY
(Times.) BERLIN, November 30. A sensational story has been published, alleging that documents have been discovered proving that prominent Socialists including Ebert, Noske, and iSchiedemann participated in extensive smuggling and profiteering by which large fortunes were made daily. The Mail correspondent states that the documents relate to gigantic transactions, one involving a million sterling. Schiedemann declares that a majority of the documents are impudent forgeries, but asserts that the others will bear the closest inspection.
