SrMPATHY WITH BOLSHETIKS. (Reuter.) ROME, November 28. After two days" discussion, the executive of the Socialists’ Party passed a resolution, defining the Socialist victory at the election as an act of complete solidarity With the Russian Soviet Republic, and an order to the Government to recognise the Soviet Executive. They insist that the Socialist group will participate in the opening of Parliament and make an anti-monarchal demonstration.
