JACKSON 'ItX CO., instructed by the Wanganui Harbour Board, will Sell by Public 1 Auction at the Assembly Hall, Harrison Place, *at two o’clock in the afternoon of Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919: •' The Leases of FIRSTLY Section 21 Taupo Quay, SECONDLY Twenty-nine Sections at Castlecliff divided into suitable allotments, and THIRDLY four Campers’ Site Sections, at Castlecliff. The Sections firstly and secondly described above will be let on Glasgow lease, with a right of renewal every 21 years at a rent to be determined by valuation in accordance with the provisions contained in the First Schedule to the “Public Bodies’ Leases Act 1908.” The Leases will contain provisions requiring the Lessee to pay all rates and taxes, and keep everything in repair, to insure, not to remove buildings without the Board’s consent, not to call on the Board to fence, not to assign or sub-let without‘the Board’s consent (provided such consent shall not be arbitrarily withheld), not to create any nuisance, and also a covenant to build a suitable building within six years fropi commencement of lease, also a proviso that in the event of default for 30 days in payment of rent, or of breach of covenant Board may re-enter and determine the Lease.
