Sir, —Can you inform mo if the Mr Black whose opinions on Labour you quoted in last evening's “Herald” is the same gentleman who recently addressed the electors in Dunedin, when a resolution was unanimously carried that Mr Black was not a fit and proper person to represent the constituency in Parlia* nrent, also whether the same Mr Black is the author of the famous Black pamphlet.—l am, etc., LABOUR. We cannot vouch for the accuracy or otherwise of the suggestions referred to by our correspondent.
